Digital Marketers: Hong Kong Initiates Do-not-call Registry

Hong Kong's Office of the Telecommunications Authority issued a press statement that the do-not-call register for pre-recorded telephone messages would commence to accept registrations from prefix-2 and prefix-3 numbers today.
