Police issued 508 fixed-penalty tickets and 34 summonses to road users for violating traffic regulations during a crackdown on Hong Kong Island. The two-day blitz ended at 7pm today, with 206 officers enforcing traffic laws at accident blackspots on the Island. They issued 331 fixed-penalty tickets for illegal parking and 177 for other traffic offences.
