1、资助单位
　  北京市知识产权局
2、资助对象和条件
　   北京市的单位和个人，申请内容符合下列条件
　 1）电子、信息、光机电一体化、生物工程、新医药、新材料、环保与节能行业等
　 2）属于其它技术领域和行业，但技术含量较高
　 3）具有较好市场前景
3、资助内容和额度
　 1）发明专利申请费950元，实质审查费1200元
　 2）发明专利申请附加费实际支出金额半数
　 3）实用新型和外观专利申请费150元
　 4）单位申请人当年发明专利申请量达到100件以上（含100件）的，从第101件申请起，对当年申请的发明专利每项再资助1000元人民币；对当年授权的发明专利每项再资助1500元人民币。
　 向外国申请专利：（一）单位申请人通过PCT途径向外国申请专利的，可以分阶段资助，国际阶段资助1万元人民币／项，国家阶段资助1万元人民币／国／项。（二）单位申请人通过其他途径向外国申请专利的，资助2万元人民币／国／项。
　 一项专利申请向多个国家提出时，最多资助向五个国家申请的部分费用。每个单位每年最多获得国外专利申请资助50万元人民币。
　 单位申请人年度内（1月1日至12月31日）向外国申请专利10项以上（含10项），对其年度内获得授权的发明专利，每项再资助1万元人民币。
