First I saw this headline: "China’s Economy, in Need of Jump Start, Waits for Citizens’ Fists." I thought the article was about unemployment, instability, labor unrest, lots of negative nasty stuff.
Then I saw the entire headline: "China’s Economy, in Need of Jump Start, Waits for Citizens’ Fists to Loosen." The article, which is in the IHT, is actually something about consumer spending.
This is apropos of nothing in particular, but since it made me feel a bit foolish for jumping to conclusions, I thought I should share.
