Chief Executive Donald Tsang has promised a thorough investigation into the cause of a Mong Kok fire that killed nine people and injured at least 30 others. He has also directed the Chief Secretary to lead an inter-departmental working group to co-ordinate the provision of immediate relief to victims and affected families.
