In view of the latest situation in Myanmar, the Government today issued an amber outbound travel alert for Myanmar.

Those who plan to visit Myanmar or are already there should monitor the situation, exercise caution and avoid travelling to places of protests and large gatherings of people.

The Security Bureau will monitor the situation.
