Chief Executive CY Leung said he accords high priority to a crackdown on courier passenger activities in North District, adding he would seek the Central Government's assistance to take action from the Shenzhen side. 

Speaking to the media today, Mr Leung said courier passenger activity has seriously affected residents' livelihood and the social order. He has ordered relevant departments to investigate the activities in detail and take enforcement action.
