The Immigration Department will host its annual courtesy campaign at Hong Kong's 10 immigration control points from November 1 to 7.

Travellers can vote for immigration officers who perform commendable clearance services.

The campaign encourages staff to provide courteous and efficient services to the public, and promotes Hong Kong tourism.

Travellers can vote by filling out a ballot form and putting it into one of the ballot boxes placed behind immigration counters. E-Channel users can also vote.

The Tourism Board will make the officer with the highest number of votes a Hong Kong Courtesy Ambassador.
