Three Mainlanders have been arrested in a crackdown on parallel goods trading in Sheung Shui.

Police and Immigration officers yesterday raided 17 blackspots for parallel goods trading, in the vicinity of the Advanced Technology Centre and Cambridge Plaza, San Wan Road, Choi Yuen Road, Choi Fat Street, Choi Fai Street, Ka Fu Close and Choi Po Court.

They arrested one man and two women, aged 48 to 49, for breaching their conditions of stay.

Officers also seized a batch of milk powder.
