Xu Yichun is Alleged Chinese Killer in USA

Chinese people often drive with no awareness of traffic laws or other drivers in China partly because the police in China do not care and the society in China does not care, but when they take that lack of culture to other countries it can lead to death and manslaughter murder. In the latest case where a young Chinese person with no morals, no parental backing, and lots of cash seems to get off easy, an alleged criminal named Xu Yichun has allegedly killed people in the USA after driving his new Mercedes Benz too fast in a residential area in the USA. Chinese media are asking "Who are his parents?" and "Why did he do this?" and "Where did he get money for a car like that if he is only a college student?"
