Customs officers arrested a 21-year-old man in Mong Kok after finding 3kg of ketamine with an estimated street value of about $363,000 in a bag he was carrying.

The man was charged with trafficking in a dangerous drug and will appear at Kowloon City Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
