Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen says he understands public concern over the issue of babies born to Mainland parents, saying the Government has arranged a series of meetings to discuss the matter.
He told the media today the Government will report the progress of work on this matter to the public when appropriate.
Meanwhile, he said the Government will consult the public on political reform at an appropriate time, adding it is premature to talk about any prosecution concerning the “Occupy Central” activity.
