Chief Justice Geoffrey Ma will fly to Beijing today for an official visit. He will return on July 19.

He will meet with officials from the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the State Council's Hong Kong & Macau Affairs Office, and the Ministry of Justice.

He will also visit the Basic Law Committee of the National People's Congress Standing Committee.

He will be accompanied by Court of Final Appeal Permanent Judge Justice Patrick Chan and High Court Chief Judge Justice Andrew Cheung.
