Police today charged a 38-year-old man with three counts of murder.

The man was arrested in Chai Wan on July 26 in suspected connection with a case in which a 34-year-old woman and her two children aged 8 and 9 were killed in a unit in Oi Yuk House of Oi Tung Estate. 

The man was found lying unconsciously on the bed at the scene.

The case will be heard at Eastern Magistrates' Courts in his absence tomorrow.
