MACAO, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) — China’s Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) on Saturday conferred the Decoration of Honor, Grand Lotus, its highest honor, on former SAR Chief Executive Chui Sai On and renowned Chinese respiratory-disease expert Zhong Nanshan.
