Heytea Unveils New Store Concept in Singapore 11/01/2021 Print
The new retail concept is located at VivoCity and has been designed to resemble a convenience store.
Founded in 2012, Heytea originated with the idea of mixing cheese with tea. The brand opened their first store in the City of Guangdong Province, and now has around 650 outlets across Asia. Heytea already operates another three outlets in Singapore, with locations at Ion Orchard and The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. The VivoCity store is the brand’s first location in the City’s South and boasts a ‘fun and quirky’ exterior with bright orange and grey strips.
The new outlet reflects the functionality of a convenience store with the launch of the Heytea Go App, where customers can order in advance. The app provides an ‘Order On The Go’ service, which provides customers an estimated wait time and sends notifications to customers when their drinks are ready to be collected.
The store features large glass windows that allow customers to see their orders being made. Besides the teas, customers can also order pastries, croissants and muffins.
