Basically no warranty, and the seller is less reputable than Allphones/Mobileciti.

Warranty, hassle of dealing with a smaller retailer, some functions (banking) or frequency bands may be not be available. Unless dual sim is critical for ~$40 difference I would rather take a local phone.
