An 80-year-old man died after he was struck by a van in Wong Tai Sin this afternoon.

At about 4pm, a 57-year-old man was driving the van westbound on Shung Ning Street when it reportedly knocked the man down near Ning Yuen Street.

The man was sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was died at about 8.40pm.
