A 61-year-old woman died after she was struck by a minibus in Pat Heung this afternoon.

At about 12.30pm, a 49-year-old man was driving the minibus along Kam Tin Road towards Tai Po when it reportedly knocked the woman down near Tsat Sing Kong.

She was sent to Pok Oi Hospital and then transferred to Tuen Mun Hospital where she died at 6.15pm.
