The Immigration Department arrested nine illegal workers and their five employers in a citywide crackdown on illegal workers yesterday.
Officers raided 11 locations, including offices, restaurants, premises under renovation and wet market stalls.
They arrested four men and five women aged 24 to 46 and their employers – four men and a woman aged 20 to 62.
Among the illegal workers, one woman was a holder of a recognisance form and another held a suspected fake Hong Kong identity card.
