The Independent Commission Against Corruption has charged a couple and their daughter for alleged vote-rigging in the 2011 Kowloon City District Council Election (To Kwa Wan South Constituency).

They submitted their Voter Registration Forms stating an address as their only or principal residence, but had never resided there, and lived in a flat outside the constituency.

They will appear in Kowloon City Magistracy tomorrow.
