The 31-year-old male and 35-year-old female passengers were arrested.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Officers at Lok Ma Chau detected another smuggling case today in which an outgoing car was used to smuggle 60 cans of undeclared powdered formula.
