Customs officers arrested a 37-year-old male driver and seized 112 cans of milk powder and eight packs of nappies at Lok Ma Chau Control Point today.

Officers inspected an outgoing car at the control point at noon.

They found unmanifested cargo including the said items and 3,176 batteries worth $286,000.
