Customs officers yesterday arrested a 19-year-old woman and seized 2kg of ketamine worth $260,000 at Lo Wu Control Point.

 

The drugs were found inside the bag she was carrying.

 

She has been charged with drug trafficking and will appear at Fanling Magistracy tomorrow.

Customs officers have seized 1,100 bottles of counterfeit make-up remover in the past three weeks.

 

Acting on information from a trademark owner, officers searched 12 retail outlets and seized $120,000 worth of the fake products.

 

Seven men and nine women, aged 24 to 58, were arrested.

 

The Customs & Excise Department advised consumers to report suspicious products on its 2545 6182 hotline.
